Outstanding issue alert

Hi all,

 

Do you know if there is an option/button on Jira that could send additional alert/notification to assignee/responder? 

 

something to remind that a ticket is still in the queue

Joanna,

This can be performed using the automation addon.  This will provide you the ability to define how often this should be sent and when relative to a date field in the issue.
