I am using Jira Service Desk and Jira Software Project. When an issue is create from Service Desk, it has Organization field set. Can happen that an issue create on Service Desk, to resolve it, need to move on Jira Software Project, for this I use specific function to move an issue to service desk to software project. The problem is that software project not support Organization field, so when I move issue, Organization info is lost. I need to pass this information to develop team.
Somebody know how solve this ?
