OpenID Connect with no auto discovery

We are evaluating this plug-in for use with an OpenID Connect/OAuth 2 identity provider that does not support auto discovery (yet) but who is considering adding it.

What is the minimum set of auto discovery configuration parameters this plugin requires?

Until our IdP implements auto discovery, is there a way we could use this plugin without auto discovery?

If we can get this plug-in working we will buy a license for it.

You would have to implement your own provider. There's plenty examples in the code. Other than that there's no easier way.
