Once more: not receiving comments from Jira to Device with Mobile Connect

I do not receive any comments made on issues in Jira on my Device using the addon jira-mobile-connect.

I am not receiving anything form the server when asking for new comments since a certain date, with no anomalies (errors or what looks like weird data from JMC_DEBUG).

What I am wondering:

What is the up-time of this?

What's iOS developers experience using the service?

Things I've tried:

Re-index,

Reinstall frameworks (and upgrading to the most recent CrashReport)

Finding error messages with JMC_DEBUG (blank)

I've no idea what to do next. If anyone has any tips at all, I'd gladly take them. This seems to be such an awesome feature, and I want to get it working!
