Number of issues returned by query: 0

When I tried to run the Escalation service from script runner . It showing  " Number of issues returned by query: 0 " .

I have inserted JQL Query which has 66 numbers of issues (from filter results ) . But in Escalation Service it showing zero number of issues .

Can you please help on this issue ?

Does the user you use in the escalation service have permission to see the 66 issues?

Thanks @Udo Brand . I was using Service account. Exactly that account doesn't has project access.
