Notification Error Report for All Users/Projects?

Hello!

From the looks of things, the Notification Helper in Jira Admin Helper can only provide information for individual tickets.. Although saying this, I could be wrong.

As we have many users and projects setup in Jira, is there a way I can use Notification Helper to view who hasn't got a notification scheme setup for any/all of the projects stored?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there Renjith,

It seems notifications for generic events under the Workflow settings weren't configured correctly (puzzled as to why since they were working before)!

We no longer need to look into this but I appreciate your input.

While I can't think about an existing plugin to do it, you can write a script which can do it using Script Runner (and I guess it is not going to be a small task though).

Can you get us why there is need to find users who are not receiving emails?

And are you managing notifications with individual usernames rather than using groups/project roles?
