Mmm, as the website has gone, that suggests the organisation has disappeared.
Your options are
1. Wait and hope it's just a mistake and they'll be back soon.
2. Hope someone from Soyatec picks up the plugin and moves it to another organisation
3. Forget it and look for other options.
However, I'd also get in touch with Atlassian support and see if they know more than we do.
