Been starting to evaluate your plugin and at once found out that your plugin do not work well together with latest version of plugin "Extension for JIRA Service Desk" from InTENSO, for example they have added a feature where I can create pulldown menus at top of the Service Desk. With your plugin I am getting double of the menus and pulldown is not working.
I know this is maybe not your problem exactly, but could be nice if your two plugins could hand in hand.
