Not clear what Atlassian URLs/ports are being accessed

Due to security policy our server uses a whitelist for outgoing connections (Internet Explorer >> Internet Options >> Security >> Trusted Sites >> Add Site).

I've been able to figure out most of the sites to add eg. http://* and https://*, and the Plugin Marketplace works. But trying to login to the 'Purchased Addons' page does not work, producing the error: Sorry, an error occurred while attempting to refresh your purchased add-ons list.

What is the address I need to whitelist for this connection to work?
