Not able to see issue key on customer portal

Hello ,

After making some changes to refined theme, customer is not able to see the issue ID/Key beside issue summary.

I could not find any configuration where we can disable /enable this setting in refined theme. Any idea why it disappeared?

NOTE : Agent is able to see the issue id /key on portal
