Not able to Enable Plugin "Email This Issue"

Hi Team...

I am facing a problem enabling the evaluation version of a plugin "Email This Issue"

It gives an error "The Plugin failed to enable. License may be Invalid"

But the License details as per the screenshot shows that the License is valid.

The file - com.metainf.jira.plugin.emailissue fails to execute and enable the plugin

Hi Gaurav,

Since you are unable to enable the Email this issue plugin in your JIRA instance, my first suspicion is that this perhaps could happen due to incompatible plugin version been deployed to your JIRA instance. Hence, may I know which JIRA version are you currently running on, and also the Email this issue plugin version deployed?

Alternatively, you may also check the plugin page in our Marketplace, and go to the Version history to learn more about the plugin version compatibility with JIRA:
