Hi Amit,

Thank you for your interest in JEditor.

It looks like one of JIRA modules (PluginSettingsFactory) is not enabled or doesn't work properly.

We have seen this problem before - it happens after fresh JIRA installation/update without restart.

Please try to JIRA server, this should fix the issue.

If you see this error when trying to access Licensing tab in JEditor Configuration then you can avoid it by installing trial license right from the JIRA plugin management interface (JIRA 5.0+ is required).

I hope that helps. If the problem persists please feel free to contact our support.

Hi Alex,

I had restart the jira instance, but still throw the same error to me on configuration page. :(

Hi Amit,

Could you please provide some additional details:

1. JIRA version

2. UPM version

3. JEditor version

JIRA version : 5.2

UPM version : 2.12.4

JEditor version : 1.5.45

Hi Amit,

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this problem in our testing environment.

Could you please try the following:

1. Update UPM to the latest version

2. Uninstall JEditor then install it again

3. If possible try updating JIRA 5.2 to the latest patch version
