We have members who are not part of the Staff associated with a Folio in Tempo logging work to issues under that Folio. These show up a "Not Tracked" under the summary of the Folio. We would like to be notified when such occurrences happen (when someone logs work to an issue in a Folio who is not part of the defined staff for that Folio).
I have poured through the documentation and have also investigated queries in Jira that could be used to identify this but have not found any information on how I could go about accomplishing this. Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated!
