No start and end dates when importing MS Project to Jira

Hello,

 I am new to the Atlassian tools and I am using WBS-Gantt Chart and when importing it does not import the start and end dates for the tasks. I did notice at the link below it mentions this will happen if "Values are not configured if a Start date sprint is configured", but it is unclear to me where this configuration happens (MS Project or JIRA).

Hi @Levi Armstrong,

If you set non-editable fields including Sprint or Created as Start Date in WBS Gantt-Chart, it will not import those values and leave it blank. Please visit your Gantt issue settings in WBS Gantt-Chart and make sure to select the editable fields if you want to import the values from Microsoft Project.

@Shunsuke Osawa, So I check what you mentioned and everything is setup. I was able to get it to work but I had to change the WBS Start date issue type from "All issue types" to story and select my specific project from global context under the configure custom fields. Any thoughts?
