No reaction from automation

Hi there again!

We've set an automation rule making a transition when issue created.
And it;s not working - not even any "Success" information in Audit log (just like there were no issue created).

So we've watched to the atlassian-jira.log and that's what we see there:

ERROR CRMRobot 996x3270969x45 y7imb1 172.17.252.180,172.17.252.119 /rest/api/2/issue [c.a.event.internal.AsynchronousAbleEventDispatcher] There was an exception thrown trying to dispatch event [com.atlassian.jira.event.issue.IssueEvent@a5079a4[issue=HELPDESK-217798,comment=<null>,worklog=<null>,changelog=<null>,eventTypeId=1,sendMail=true,params={eventsource=workflow, baseurl=https://jira.esphere.ru},subtasksUpdated=false]] from the invoker [SingleParameterMethodListenerInvoker{method=public void com.codebarrel.jira.plugin.automation.event.JiraIssueEventListenerImpl.handleEvent(com.atlassian.jira.event.issue.IssueEvent), listener=com.codebarrel.jira.plugin.automation.event.JiraIssueEventListenerImpl@595b24f0}]

Can you tell - it's an Automation settings or some of our JIRA instance bug?

Hey John,

I have't seen this before and looks like it may require some debugging.

Are you able to create a support issue at https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/3

Please attach as much of the log as you can and details of the rule you configured. And the version of JIRA and automation you are using.

Did you recently upgrade from the old labs add-on?

Cheers,

Nick
