No menu items to add diagram to Issue with Draw.io

After an JIRA upgrade we lost the 'add diagram' from the menu.

If an issue has an existing diagram it can be edited.

I have made sure all three permissions are correct.

What next ?

Maybe the plugin cache is corrupted. First try uninstall/reinstall (you don't lose data). If that doesn't help, try clearing the plugin cache.

I do not see any errors in the logs .

This is an example of an older task with a Draw.io attachment that works, can edit .

But the add is missing form the menu.

Is there anything in the JIRA logs about draw.io failing to startup? Could I get a screenshot of the menu in question please?

Draw.io JIRA plugin : 6.0.2.1

JIRA Software 7.1.9

I stopped when we moved from a 6.x to 7.x version

What version of draw.io do you have? What versions of JIRA did you upgrade from/to?
