I am using the Jira Wallboards plugin. After upgrading I don't see the View as Wallboard selection on the Dashboard Tools dropdown. The plugin is still showing as installed and I can see Jira Wallboard gadgets to add to the dashboard still.
Reinstalling resolved the issue.
