No exports of unique customfields for ID

There are two fields with different client ID. If you do Export {Client} on the field Export. If you do Export {Client [11201]} Export is not. What's the problem?

The problem was that the export field by id works only when one screen adds two fields with the same name.I thought that it is necessary to export by id if the system has two fields with the same name.

Hi,

If you have custom fields with the same name, if should refer to one of them using the notation explained in http://jiraxporter.xpand-it.com/display/JIRAXPORTER/Working+with+Templates#WorkingwithTemplates-CustomFieldMappings

If you have Custom Fields with the same name, it is possible to explicitly indicate the custom field that you want to export using its internal JIRA identifier. You can find the identifier of a custom field, by going to the JIRA administration, section fields, and edit the custom field. The id will appear in the URL (ex: http://jiraserver/secure/admin/EditCustomField!default.jspa?id=10070). The notation to be used is:

${<Custom field name>[<Custom field id>]}

Please double check your mapping. What we see up in {Client [11201]} is a space between the first bracket. That space may be causing your problem.

Best Regards
