As per JIRA toolkit plugin documentation, https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JTOOL/JIRA+Toolkit+Plugin, when have this plugin installed, we will have JIRA Toolbar custom field type. But I didn't find it when I try to add custom field from "Admin" > "Issue Fields" > "Custom Fields".
Based on the description of JIRA Toolbar custom filed type: Allows you to add the Edit & Comment commands to your Issue Navigator. Does this edit also applicable for closed issue?
