New install - Copy plugins

I am installing a copy of JIRA in my test machine. Before I import data I need to have the plugins in place.

Is it enough if I copy the plugins from source plugins directory to C:\JIRA5Data\plugins\installed-plugins folder?

I do not need to look at bundled-plugins and osgi-plugins directory right?

Please let me know.

yup, all third party v2 plugins goes to installed-plugins folder. If you have v1 plugins, put that under WEB-INF/lib.
