My navigation bar is missing

My Jira navigation bar is missing.  I have added no add-ons and the license hasn't expired.  I had a laptop crash, the replacement doesn't have the navigation toolbar for Jira and I am struggling to find how to get it installed.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you please provide a screenshot? Are you using JIRA Cloud? If so, you may have switched over to the New JIRA Experience. Please advise.

Yes, we are using a cloud version.  But no one else on the team seems to have lost their navigation options.

Everyone may not have converted. Do you have a side panel on the left side of screen?

Does you teams GUI look identical to yours with the exclusion of the navigation bar?

Yes, theirs does look identical.  How can I tell if I am on this 'New Jira Experience' and any idea how I can get back to the 'Old Jira Experience?'

Not sure if you got this resolved

Select "New JIRA Experience" under your profile picture. Locate and select your profile picture to turn the new experience off.

The example below demostrates what the new GUI looks like.
