My JIRA Story Map is not showing any stories for my project

please try to use a jql instead just selecting a project like this:

project="myproject key" and type in (Story, Epic)

and please check if this query produces a result set in standard JIRA search.

The query does produce a result in standard JIRA search, but still nothing is showing up in my Story Map. Please advise as we are paying $60/month for a service that is not working.  This has been true for the past 2 months.
