Multiple issues in Xporter template

Hi there,

is it possible to create a template for Xporter that recognizes multiple issues when doing a bulk export? For example exporting eight issues on a single page to reduce the amount of pages that have to be printed.

Kinda regards,

@Ferenc: Thanks for the hint!

I saw today after updating the Plugin to version 2.6.1 that there is a checkbox included letting you select breaks between issues, projects, components or issue types. With not checking this box, the issues will be printed on a single page, regarding the size of the template you are using.

Hi Chris,

Can you provide a better description of your requirements? The bulk export consists in exporting multiple issues at the same time...

Thank you

the important detail for me would be, to export several issues on one page. So far all I could manage is to export multiple issues, but each issue would have its own page. For exports with little information, this would be a lot of paper. We are using small issue cards on our boards. The workaround I had until now is to export in pdf and use the layout options when printing the pages

Consider using the JIRA PDF View Plugin to generate your prints, in case you need more control. The default template contains a parameter that turns page breaks on or off:

#set($startIssuesOnNewPages = true) ## set to "true" to add a page break before each issue

Trivially, set it to "false" to avoid page breaks.
