I am modifying my Zendesk integration so that certain JIRA fields are mapped TO ZENDESK for automatic updates of fields in Zendesk when related JIRA issues are updated. I was able to map status, priority, assignee and Jira Key without a problem and see these in custom fields in Zendesk tickets. I was also able to map the Resolution date to a custom field to show Resolved date in Zendesk.
FYI - Doing all of this to have better reporting capabilities using Gooddata in Zendesk.
What I am not able to get working is to map Created Date, Last Updated date and Due date. Created and Updated fields do not even show in the mapping... Why?
Please advise how to accomplish this.
