I performed an Upgrade/Migration of JIRA to a new server
Followed the basic JIRA Atlassian steps.
When I ran the import I got a ton of errors

I eventually just stop/started the new instance of JIRA, started up without any issues. I looked back on the old JIRA and saw the customfield was a CheckList.
On the new instance of JIRA, I found that if I go to create a new issue I get this error
