Migrate attachments from one JIRA to another JIRA instance

Hi Jamie Echlin, 

  We have successfully download attachments from source JIRA instance (v. 5.1) to store in local , previously we used jelly script to bulk upload attachment for each issue to destination JIRA instance (v.5.1). However the destination JIRA instance has upgrade to 6.4.1 and no Jelly Script provide, Please advise , how can I upload those attachment (my local copy) to destination JIRA instance with Script runner.
