Hi All

We had similar problems merging zephyr data from one instance to another. We finally created a parametrised job to copy all zephyr data to the new instance.

Check out our blog for further details: https://kreuzwerker.ch/post/jira-merge-and-beyond

There you can find all the steps needed. You can try to perform it yourselves or we would love to support you.

Best regards

Tobias

Hello Sunil,

Merging cycles is not possible with the native functionality of Zephyr for JIRA. As the Test cycles are grouped by verions of a project and allows to add same test to any of the cycles without duplicating, merging cycles will downgrade this functionality by creating duplicates.

For more operations information on Test Cycles please access the below link

Kind Regards,

Swapna Kumar Vemula.
