Mantis import fails with: Unexpected exception: Invalid column name 'true'.

We are preparing Jira for production environment but cannot import issues from MantisBT Version 1.2.11 (schema 183, Apache server on Windows Server and MS SQL as database, custom Mantis CSS is used).

The Jira and import plugins are latest versions.

The Mantis path and database settings are OK and connection can be established (tried with wrong ones and it fails with different kind of error), so the cause must be somehow related to parsing Mantis database content or web interface fields.

The Jira log (...\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log\atlassian-jira.log)contains:

Any pointer where to look next would be greatly appreciated as this is blocking our Jira implementation.

I've opened the support case with Atlassian and the cause was that our Mantis version was too new to be supported (1.2.11, plugin support ends with 1.2.8). The project table schema in SQL database has changed and plugin cannot parse the content. Solution would be to downgrade the Mantis or manually tweak the tables to be like the old ones...

I hope this issue will be fixed so that support for 1.2.11 will be added to import plugin. This "one click migration" is one of the big selling points for Jira and it should work :)
