Mail handler HTML

Hello,

is there a possibility with JIRA 7.3 to parse HTML into a ticket. At the moment e.g. the breaks from the mail are not in the ticket

Hi Florian,

There is another communties post I ran across that deals with this particular issue.  You can find it at Preserving HTML formatting in issues created from email.  The most common 'solution' is to  actually attach the source email to the issue, retaining all related formatting 'exactly'.

One add-on that was mentioned was the JIRA Enterprise Mail Handler which may have the functionality you're looking for.
