LucidChart: viewer functionality (collapse/expand the children)

Samuel Huber December 6, 2018

Hello

I'm testing LucidChart and have therefore "only" the trial version running.

In a mind map, LucidChart has the functionality to collapse/expand the children.
Either by clicking on the symbol +/- or with the "z" key.

In the viewer, the +/- icon is visible, but not clickable.
Nor can the z-key be used.

Is this functionality not implemented for the viewer?
A compatibility problem?
Or just a restriction of the trial version?

Many thanks for more information about this.

Sam

Hi @Samuel Huber,

Have you tried reaching out to Lucidchart with this question? They would probably be the best ones to ask for this. Feel free to contact them here if you haven't done so already.

Cheers,

Emilee
