LucidChart links

[Deleted user]

The links in LucidChart don't work sometimes for some user. When Iswitched from IE to Chrome the links worked. In another case I had to restart to fix the issue. 

Does someone have a solution or explanation for that issue?

1. Which Atlassian product are you using (e.g. Jira/Confluence)? Is it Cloud or Server?
2. If Server, please specify the version
3. Which version of our add-on are you using?
4. Can you please share some screenshots of what you see?
5. Are there any errors in your browser's console?

4. Sometimes clicking on them works, sometimes not.
