Lucid Charts throws unknown exception

Hi,

We have Confluence integrated with Lucid charts. Confluence v - 5.10 

When a user tries to inserts the diagram sometimes the diagrams are inserted and sometimes they are not inserted and throws an error in the log file ERROR [http-nio-443-exec-24] [confluence.plugins.actions.AbstractDiagramAttacher] execute Unknown exception getting full doc

Is it network issue ? Any Resolution?

Updating the plugin to latest version, clearing plugin cache and restart resolved the issue.
