Looking to get simple page feedback from customers

Running Confluence Server with Scroll Viewport.

On our main article pages, I want to add a simple 'Was this article helpful? Yes/No" option.

I've tried the "Content Rating' plugin ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.moewe.confluence.addons.rate/server/overview ), which is visually exactly what I'm looking for but for some reason you can only see the option when you're inside of confluence.

I'm looking for something that average Joe who's using our product can provide quick feedback on wether the information on the page was helpful or not. Average Joe isn't going to sign up for any sort of Confluence account.
