Looking to connect confluence Task to Jira Task

Hi,

I'm trying to connect confluence with Jira. My idea is the following.

If some creates a task in confluence for a specific user, a new task is opened in Jira.

If the Jira task is set to Done, the confluence Task checkbox is checked.

Is there anything available which can do this little function?

Regards

Mathias

I don't think that the functionality is available. Some of the options would be:

  • Highlighting the text in Confluence and using the quick create Jira issue dialog box
  • Creating the issues in Jira and using the Jira issue macro in Confluence to show them to the Confluence user
