Is it possible to disable editing on certain fields (like Acceptance Criteria) if the ticket is in a certain status (like don’t allow editing of AC if Status is “In development”)?

Hello,

The only way to do this would be to have the field only shown on workflow transition screens, and the View screen. Then, you use workflow conditions to restrict who is allowed to execute the transition.

You can use circular transitions (i.e. a transition from "in development" to "in development"). Then make the transition name "Set Acceptance Criteria"
