Linking Releases / Versions in JIRA, require for working with Zephyr Edited

We are following below model for our development in JIRA

Component1->EPIC1 + EPIC2 + EPIC3 , essentially Every Component has 3 EPICS and we have one release version per Component.

similarly we have

Component2->EPIC1 + EPIC2 + EPIC3

We need to plan test cycles on EPIC level.

We are using Zephyr plugin and what we could explore, Test Cycles can only be created either at Project Level or at Release level not at Component or EPIC Level

Even if we create release for every EPIC and create test cycle at release level for every EPIC we have no way to link these releases to a parent release in order to view the progress of the entire Component.

Is there a way out wherein we can link these releases?
