If i have created a jira issue from a bitbucket pull request, i can't see in the issue, that it was created from a pull request. Is there a way, to put this information automatically into the issue?

You may be able to use and add-on such as ScriptRunner to populate a CustomField that has the value once the issue is transitioned. Take a look at the Community post Populate customfield using post functions in Scriptrunner for some ideas.
