License mail stuck in SPAM filter

Hello,

The mail containing free license for JIRA Gantt chart got stuck somewhere in my company s SPAM filter. I tried to resend it using another mail address but i get this error message.

"xxxxx" from your company have already applied the Evaluation & Free license

Any suggestions?

I contacted their support and got the licensed emailed manually to me.

But to prevent this from happening again, you will need to redefine your spam filter.
