License Issue

Deleted user October 9, 2012

Although we have 100 users in our confluence instance and we do like the balsmiq plugin, realasticly we would only have maxium 10 people actually using this plugin so it seems a waste of money to license the pluigin for 100 users when 100 people will never use this plugin.

Is there anyway that we could issue the license to only 10 out of the 100 active in our confluence instance?

This way we could get a 10 user license rather than 100 user license.

Brian,

Usually you cannot differentiate between number of licenses for plugins and the main product, but fortunately for you, Balsamiq is the only exception. As for OnDemand you purchased the plugin directly from Balsamiq, you will also need to contact them to modify your license. Please check their website for licensing details.

Hope this helps!

Is there a way to transfer our current Marketplace Balsamiq license to Balsamiq so that we can have 10 of our 25 Confluence users licensed instead of all of them??

I think the best bet would be to contact balsmaiq to see if they can arrange this for you.

I have contacted them in the past for this sort for thing and are very helpful.
