Licence problem

Hi,

I bought the 10 Remote agent licence and have updated the licence and restarted the Bamboo server but the plugin wont load and the message is 

 Local agent-only commercial license, expires 21 Dec 2015

Could I please get some assistance?

Hey Byron, 

Looks like that the license is incompatible with the current application license used. For that, have you already opened a ticket in our Support Channel (https://support.atlassian.com) so we can work according to the information on your account? Nevertheless, we also can call the Product Advocates team to talk about it.
