I want to ask a questions regarding issue type in portal.
We want to let our clients pick the issue type instead of presetting it out from what request type they pick.
We want them to be able to pick between Question and Bug.
Only way I can see to do it is that we add a new field and the user picks it from here, but that will let us have 2 issues types.
The issue type is deliberately abstracted away from the customers, it's supposed to be in the background behind the request.
Ideally, your requests should reflect whether something is a bug or a question for your customers.
