Labels custom field in script runner

Hi,

I have a custom field (type label). In script runner I need to read first label and place it in StringBuilder variable s.

Basically I need something like:

s.append(getFirstLabel("customfield_3333").toString)

But of course it's not working. Can someone help or give a hint how to read first label from customfield in script runner(groovy script)?

BR,

Andris.

This widget could not be displayed.

This should give you the first label if any:

def customFieldManager = ComponentAccessor.getCustomFieldManager()
def customField = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("customfield_12345")
def labels = issue.getCustomFieldValue(customField)?*.label
def first = labels ? labels.first() : null
