Joggler warnings in Jira logs

Carlos Henriques August 4, 2017

Hi,

We are trying Joggler - Toggl Integration for Jira but it has a strange behavior that we don't like. Every time the synchronizer runs (every 5 minutes) it fills our Jira logs with warnings:

2017-08-04 05:00:45,772 Caesium-1-2 WARN ServiceRunner [n.c.joggler.synchronizer.TogglSynchronizer] FAILED USER-XXXX: No user mapping defined for this user.

This does not make much sense because Joggler is assuming that all users must be mapped with Toggl, which is not true. We have 100 Jira users but we only want to map 25.

Joggler should have a setting to disable this WARN for unmapped users so that we can prevent the synchronizer service from filling our logs with "garbage". This would also be a better and cleaner option than having to mess with log4j.
