Joggler Stopped syncing to Jira

Martin January 13, 2016

net.comerge.joggler
Stopped syncing suddenly. At 2015-12-19 22:46 the last entry was:
"2015-12-19 22:46:33,683 Caesium-1-2 WARN ServiceRunner [n.c.joggler.synchronizer.TogglSynchronizer] Ignoring jira user Willhem: No user mapping defined for this user."

And after that no more logs from joggler.
It works when starting toggl-tracking from Jira. And the widget sees ticking timers.

But no synk is done from Toggl to Jira.
How can this be fixed?

(upgraded today to Version: 2.0.1-Final) (before today we had Version:
2.0.0-Final)

Hi Martin

Sorry that it does not work for you. It does for me with 2.0.1. Did you try to restart JIRA? You can enable debug logging for joggler. Maybe this will give us a hint what is going wrong. Go to System > Logging & Profiling invoke Configure logging level for another package and add net.comerge.joggler and DEBUG. Then observe the log. It should log a debug statement every 5 minutes.

Thank you for a quick answer. I set the logging to debug. But nothing is logged for net.comerge.joggler. I cannot restart Jira now. But after office hours.

Over 2h passed. Nothing in log from net.comerge.joggler (Location of atlassian-jira.log C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log\atlassian-jira.log )

I restarted JIRA (Tomcat 8 service). And now it works again! smile
