we are experiencing issues with Jira, we contacted support and they provided the below input.
Can you please check and get back to us asap, as we cannot have any stability issues with Jira.

All plugins access JIRA from REST as well and this is certainly the cause of this problem as I can see almost 1500 requests being made since 13:37 UTC:
I suggest you contact the vendor of this plugin to report that when you use their plugin JIRA is becoming unaccessible. You can contact them here:https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/jql-extensions/cloud/support
Also, you can temporarily disable this plugin so you don't loose access to JIRA anymore.
I have checked that the addon is behaving correctly. There are some timeouts reported while accessing your instance in our monitoring system.
