I need to send PUSH notification on Issue create event to customers from certain role.
I created a User Picker (multiple users) and added all my customers to it as defaults. I added this new field to Create Issue Screen. But nothing happens.
So, how can I send PUSH notifications to some users on Issue Create event?
For some reason tags search did not show your question, so I found out about it only now.
In Plugin configuration page you can set default configuration for users and you can add your customfield in User Custom Fields option. Please note that in order for your customer to receive notification he still needs to login and "Allow Notifications".
