Thank you for your answers to my question: I just created a service desk, and I would like to provide to the Service Desk people a solution for managing the tickets using the smartphone.
I'm using the on-premise installation and I would like to talk with you about what is in your opinion about an Atlassian or Third Part app for on the go actitities.
If it is possible for you I would like to know what is in your opinion the best mobile connector for Service Desk Agents; I don't need to track other info from Jira.
