Robert, I assume this is the support request you were asking on the other thread. Can you create a ticket in the mentioned JIRA instance? Please make sure you attach the log files which has the full stacktrace.
For your info, Answers is a community of users and you might not immediately get response. The link from Marketplace to Answers is same to all plugins. Contacting the support directly or creating a JIRA ticket is the best way ;)
