Following Query needs some time to present result set:
project = GLOB AND issuetype = Sub-task AND status in ("In Dev", "In Clarification", "Ready for Dev", "Rework Required", "To Do", Submitted, Inquiry, "In Progress") AND issue in parent("'Customer Country/s' in ('Germany (DE)', 'WorldWide (WW)')") AND issue in parent("status in ('In Dev', 'In Clarification', 'Ready for Dev', 'Rework Required', 'To Do', Submitted, Inquiry, 'In Progress')") AND issue in parent("type in (story, defect)") ORDER BY assignee ASC, key DESC, cf[10117] ASC, status DESC, created DESC
If I extent : issue in parent("type in (story, defect)") by task
It returns no resultset anymore (I assume timeout to short)
Please be so kind and have a look how to optimize the query, or extend the timeout
