JQL never return any issues in Escalation Service (Scriptrunner)

Benoit Cantin February 26, 2018

Hi,

I'm trying to build an Escalation Service in Scriptrunner.  The JQL I'm usign looks like this:

Project = PROJECT AND status changed FROM (Open, "IN PROGRESS", "REWORK NEEDED", CLOSED, "IN TEST") TO (Resolved) AFTER -1w

The query is returning some results in the Navigator but when I do "Run Now" in the Escalation service window, I always get "Number of issues returned by query: 0".

I've also tried a very simple JQL and it does the same so I don't think the query is the issue.

Is it possible that Scriptrunner doesn't have permission to access issues in my project?

Any thoughts?

Regards,

Ben

When you setup an escalation service there is a field called As User. In this field you should set a user, who can see issues, returned by your JQL query.
